TUTORING FOR TUITION:
Note to Parents & Guardians:
The Tutoring for Tuition program provides Level I, II and III students with the opportunity to obtain a post-secondary tuition voucher by providing tutoring services to students from K-12 in all areas. Parents/guardians, who feel this service would be beneficial, are asked to submit their child’s name for tutoring assistance to their homeroom teacher or Mr. Sutton (Guidance Counsellor). Tutoring services are available at the school from 2:45 – 3:45 Monday through Thursday.
Note to Tutors & Learners:
Please try to make the best of this opportunity to learn by being availabe to work with one another during the week. Those who have signed up to be tutored should make every effort to be available, likewise tutors have an equal obligation to be available to the learner. It works best when both parties consistently communicate and co-operate. Tutors are remin ded to pass in Learning Journals (signed by both the Tutor and Learner) and Time Sheets at the end of each month. If you have any questions or concerns, check with Mr. Sutton.
